Peach Software
Peach Software licensing is determined by the number of Workstations / Screens that Peach will be used on. Licenses come as Single, Three, Five, Ten or Fifteen users. So if you have 7 users as an example, you will require a ten user license.
Branches Branches can either operate with separate databases that synchronise, or with a central database which all the branches log into, this is the prefered method. Additional branches will be charged at the normal initial price less 50% for Centralised databases and less 30% for separate databases. Which should I choose
Monthly licensing fee This is a license fee and should not be mistaken for a support fee, however all licensed users receive free phone, email & online remote support from our skilled help desk team. All ongoing updates are included also. Onsite support is available, see Onsite training below.
Initial Installation is carried out by one of our trained technicians on site. The amount of time required on site is determined by a number of factors but mostly by the amount of activity and number of people needing training. For most sites, 5 days including traveling to and from the site is adequate. This should only be reduced if the site is small, new and not trading, or one or more of the staff have had previous experience with Peach Software.
Onsite training During the initial installation, training is charged at $390.00 per day. If you wish us to visit your site after the initial installation. The cost for this is $500.00 for the first day and $390.00 per each extra consecutive day plus expenses. *Travel to and from a site forms part of the first and last day of our visit. *Minimum visitation fee is a full day unless otherwise arranged beforehand.
